Job Experience:
We are searching for an individual to join our firm as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be trained directly by our President Jim DeForest. Jim has been in the Staffing Industry since 1980 and has successful experience in every role in our business, from bottom to top including National Trainer. We are expecting you to be the next National Rookie of the Year.
In order to have a chance at being our next National Rookie of the Year, you must have:
At least 1 year of sales experience
A Track Record of Winning Competitions as a Top 10% Performer (better than 90%)
An extremely high energy level- willing to expend as much effort as it takes to get it done.
A sense of urgency to get things done ahead of scheduled deadlines
A keen understanding that in order to obtain success, mountains must be climbed
A strong sense of ownership in your own self-development
Strong oral and written communication skills
