THE PLANNING STAGE:
We design a specific, targeted plan for each and every search project we accept. We then conduct thorough research to uncover potential candidates.
CONTACTING THE CANDIDATES:
Each of our Recruiters makes 90-110 calls per day
We typically talk to 20-25 potential candidates per day.
Our goal is to identify 2 Qualified Cnadidates for our client each week.
Once we identify good candidates, we approach them on a direct, personal basis.
We present the objectives, opportunities, responsibilities and potential of the position.
We determine the qualifications of the candidates and asses their value against the requirements of the position.
We select the candidates who are the best match.
PRESENTING THE CANDIDATE:
Only qualified candidates are presented for consideration.
We discuss the candidate's productivity and financial impact issues in relation to your opportunity.
o Only when a strong mutual interest exists does the process continue.
o We assist in scheduling and monitoring the interviewing process.
THE DECISION AND THE OFFER:
We offer expert counsel and advice at this critical point.
o We facilitate communication when questions and/misunderstandings stall the process.
o We assist the candidate through the emotional process of resigning the present position.
ON-GOING RELATIONSHIP:
We maintain contact on both sides to make sure that the outcome of the search project meets everyone's expectations.
